Tallahassee is a genteel southern city graced with Spanish moss draped live oaks. Located in the narrowest part of Florida's panhandle, Tallahassee is only 15 miles from the Georgia border to the north and 15 miles from the Gulf of Mexico to the south.

The city is the Capital of the State of Florida. Institutions of higher learning include Florida Sate University and Florida A&M.

Because of the nature of much of the "white -collar" workforce, the level of education is quite high in Tallahassee. Computer use and Internet connectivity is among the highest in the state and is far above the national average.

Atlanta, New Orleans and the central Florida attractions are well within a half- day's drive of Tallahassee.
